Article 1 – PURPOSE
The purpose of this note is to define the terms and conditions under which SiDez or its subsidiaries and affiliates make the Website available to users and the conditions under which users access and use the Website. Any connection to this Website is subject to compliance with this legal notice, which SiDez or its subsidiaries and affiliates reserve the right to modify or update at any time. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to abide by this legal notice. If the user does not agree with the clauses set out below, he or she is advised not to use this Website.
Article 2 – ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
As a general rule, it is possible to access the Website 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, without SiDez being under any obligation to keep it accessible. It is specified that, at its sole discretion, SiDez or its subsidiaries and affiliates have the right to stop, interrupt or cancel access to the Website in the following cases, which are not exhaustive: force majeure, computer issues or difficulties relating to the structure of the telecommunications network or difficulties of a technical nature, or for reasons relating to maintenance. SiDez or its subsidiaries and affiliates are in no way liable for these interruptions and the consequences that may result for the user. The user acknowledges having the skills and means to use the Website, having verified that the computer configuration used does not contain any virus, that it is in perfect working order and finally, that he or she has read the legal notice and undertakes to comply with it.
Article 3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
SiDez or its subsidiaries and affiliates are the owners of the rights, title and interests related to the SiDez Company name and trademark logo. The Website and its content (photographs, text, presentations, layout, graphic charter, trademarks, designs and templates and other distinctive signs, etc.) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, in particular by copyright, design and model and trademark rights. Consequently, any use of these elements is strictly prohibited with the exception, however, of reproductions without edits or alterations made for the purpose of personal and private copying in accordance with Article L.122-5.2 of the French Intellectual Property Code and/or neighbouring rights. Thus, all the names and logos, including the SŌKAI name and logo, appearing on the Website are registered trademarks, and any reproduction – in full or part – of these trademarks made without the prior written consent from SiDez is prohibited in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
